Leading UK Rural Affairs lawyer to give legal advice at this year's Honiton Show

One of Europe’s top agricultural and rural affairs lawyers will be offering legal advice to East Devon’s farming community and landowners at this year’s Honiton Show which is now being held on the later date of August 30th 2012.

Kate Stamp, who is a partner with Everys Solicitors, is one of only 50 Fellows of the Agricultural Law Association (ALA) in the UK, having achieved the highest rural affairs specialist qualification available in Europe.

Kate is also a member of the The Law Society and the CLA (Countryside Landowners Association). She will be available, at the Everys stand, to answer questions on all areas of rural law, as well as offering advice to landowners considering renewable energy installations.  Kate said: “Our agricultural property expertise coupled with commercial property practice has proved really successful in helping clients to navigate the legal minefield of renewables. But you don’t need to have a legal query to drop in and see us at the show, please just come in to say hello and make the most of our hospitality.”

The Everys stand will also be offering visitors food and drink, a competition and entertainment along with a wealth of legal expertise for individuals and for businesses.

Tickets are on sale for the Honiton Show, which is now being held on the new date of August 30th. They cost £12 in advance or £14.50 on the day and children under 16 are admitted free when accompanied by an adult.
