About Pippa Bruce - Licensed Conveyancer at Everys Solicitors

Pippa is a Licensed Conveyancer and is based at our Exmouth office. She deals with residential conveyancing, specialising in residential sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

Pippa first joined Everys in 2006 and worked as a conveyancing secretary, staying for nearly eight years. She returned to the firm as a qualified property lawyer. During her working career, Pippa has also gained considerable insight into the various aspects of residential conveyancing through her work for an architect and also as an estate agent. Pippa has over 15 years’ experience in the property sector.

Pippa understands the emotions her clients experience when buying or selling a property and so she aims to make the transaction as stress-free and streamlined as possible. She provides helpful guidance on the required procedures involved so that clients understand the process.

Pippa says, “It is always lovely to tell clients when their transaction has completed, and they can collect the keys to their new home.”
